Saying Finnish and shoegaze and pop together is ethereal, dreamlike, as with the sounds of Regina. I'm not even sure there is shoegaze pop, but here it is, and it's Finnish.You don't get this on A.M., unless maybe you're in Helsinki. Tonight, I am.
