Finally my catch-up work gets to an April release. Little Scream is Laurel Sprengelmeyer, a Canadian singer-songwriter who makes her debut with The Golden Record. It received high marks by those critics who have taken the time to notice. O'Barr will find it a little too uplifting for his taste, and that's understandable, but this is on the ethereal side of soft and sweet indie, so if he will just give it a chance he'll fall for it. Adjudge for yourself as you walk into the northern light.
