I'll have something substantive up on the John Coltrane discography this weekend. In the mean time more filler.
Bruce Lundvall, who revived Blue Note Records in the 80s and 90s, says in the interview linked to the last post that he regretted not signing Joshua Redman, whose record "Wish" is named here as a Bay Area essential in the Examniner. Redman has it.
